VO Placeholder
Check this for length and flow. Make sure you like the pace. This is just my voice for a placeholder, and it sounds like I may need a new mic cord cause we’ve got a few spots of interference in there.
Voice Over Artists
Music Tracks
All of these will be edited heavily to fit the need of the script and of the visuals. Here we are picking a tone and feel of it. Once we pick a VO and a song I will edit together a test track of them all.
The sketches, and scene descriptions are in the pdf below
Storyboard USIEA V4 - 3:45 - Storyboard PDF
This is a rough storyboard. It’s representing the flow of information visually with icons, placeholders, and rough sketches. This is just an over-arching guide for you and for us as animators. Look below at the Inspiration section to see some of the looks we are going for in our final delivery. If there is a drawing you feel uneasy about, or want us to explore more then please let me know and we can dive a bit deeper on those boards. Any photos or icons in here are just placeholders and will be fully fleshed out as we get to animating and illustrating. Take a look at these boards, and the inspiration below and please reach out with any questions you have!
Script USIEA V4 - 3:45 - Google Doc for editing
What if you had to make a major decision — one that affected millions of people and hundreds of millions of dollars — all about something you had no hands on experience with? It would be difficult to make the right decision…. But, that’s exactly what’s happening today with our U.S. government leaders in their relationship with Israel.
Why is Israel important? On the most basic level, Israel is one of our strongest allies and the only democracy in the Middle East. .
But, there’s a lack of balanced public information available about Israel — therefore, members of Congress and other leaders in our government have limited knowledge about what is actually occurring there.
That’s where we come in.
We are The U.S. Israel Education Association, or USIEA for short. And our role is simple: to fill the existing information vacuum by educating Members of Congress and senior government leaders on the U.S.-Israel relationship. We connect and engage senior U.S. officials with Israeli leaders and experts to enhance cooperation in the areas of defense, business, artificial intelligence, science, and public opinion.
Now, the best way for our leaders to learn about the dynamics in Israel is to go there and see for themselves. There are trips that the US government sponsors for members of congress, but they leave out a significant part of Israel. All of Judea and Samaria — or The West Bank.
Judea and Samaria are what many would consider the most important parts of Israel, but they are also viewed internationally as “disputed territories,” therefore, U.S. government sponsored trips aren’t allowed to visit this area. As a result, many congressional leaders have never seen Judea and Samaria and have very limited info on what is occurring there and how it affects the U.S. So how can these decision makers make decisions on something they aren’t fully informed on?
The answer is, they can’t. Well — they couldn’t. Not until we came along. In 2011, USIEA worked with Congress to pioneer the first privately sponsored congressional tours into Judea and Samaria. Since then USIEA has experienced remarkable success in educating and engaging leaders. We’ve expanded far beyond just congressional tours and now we actively provide education and briefings on Capitol Hill.
Unlike other U.S.-Israel organizations, USIEA is a pioneering, proactive force. We build new roads and open opportunities to elevate the U.S.- Israel collaboration to new heights.
For example, our initial tour in 2011 resulted in the House Armed Services Committee passing legislation that tripled the budget to support Iron Dome — Israel’s ground breaking missile defense system. Iron Dome has since saved millions of Israeli lives from incoming rocket fire. Then in 2019, USIEA hosted the first ever joint Israeli-Palestinian delegation on Capitol Hill to brief members on the importance of integrated business in Judea and Samaria as a grassroots peace movement. As a result of this briefing, Congress then passed a historic piece of legislation appropriating money toward these integrated business projects. Yet again, in November of 2020, we educated senior Administration officials on the need to remove the financial boycott off of leading institutions inside Judea and Samaria. Now, funding for research and development can flow into universities inside of the West Bank like they could to other areas such as Tel Aviv or Haifa. This opened the door to greater collaborative research. These are examples of our education efforts providing an important paradigm shift for U.S. leaders.
And we believe now is the time to accelerate the U.S.-Israel collaboration.
Join us in pioneering the way to secure America’s future by contributing to Israel’s security, safety and long-term viability in the Middle East. You can invest in a strong and vital relationship between the United States and Israel by supporting the work of The U.S. Israel Education Association.
